1. Shipping & Delivery
We process and pack all orders within 1-2 business days. To ensure your toys arrive safely, we use secure, impact-resistant packaging.
Every single order we ship includes a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

UK Shipping: FREE fully tracked standard shipping on all UK orders. Delivery takes 2-3business days.

International Shipping: Fully tracked shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery takes 5-12 business days depending on the destination.
Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking link. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
2. Returns & Refunds
We want your family to be completely happy with your purchase! If you change your mind, you can return any item within [np. 30] days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a full refund, items must meet the following criteria:

Toys must be completely unopened, unused, and factory-sealed in their original manufacturer’s packaging (e.g., Mattel boxes, blister packs, and card backs must be intact and undamaged).

All original accessories, manuals, and certificates must be included.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer care team at marlakidstoy@mail.com with your order number.

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

Securely pack the item in an outer cardboard box to protect the product packaging during transit.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Damaged or Faulty Items: If a toy arrives defective or broken, we will fully cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement.

Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the condition of the returned toy, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-7business days.
