2. Order Acceptance and Contract

• Order Placement: When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

• Contract Formation: A contract between us is only formed when we dispatch your goods and send you a confirmation email.

• Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Prices and Payment

• Currency: All prices are stated in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable) but exclusive of delivery charges.

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards via Stripe, Direct Debit, Klarna, and Clearpay.

• Secure Processing: Card payments are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

• Buy Now Pay Later: Klarna and Clearpay payments are subject to their own eligibility criteria and terms. Missing payments may affect your credit score.

4. Delivery and Shipping

• Dispatch Time: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days after receiving cleared payment.

• Shipping Provider: All domestic packages are shipped using Royal Mail.

• International Shipping: We ship to the UK and international destinations. International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs fees. The customer is solely responsible for paying these additional charges.

• Delays: Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs clearance, or force majeure.

5. Cancellation and Returns (Right to Cancel)

• 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

• Notification: To cancel, you must inform us in writing via email at [Twój Email Kontaktowy].

• Return Conditions: You must return the items to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds: We will issue a refund within 5-7days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (Stripe, Klarna, Clearpay, or Direct Debit).

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

• Consumer Rights Act 2015: If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.

• Timeframe: You must report faulty items to us as soon as possible. withing 24 hours For a full refund, you must report the fault within 14  days of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MarlaKidsToys and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not use our content without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law
